ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Lobby Entrance

  • Enter from King George Boulevard (next to Jollibee)
  • Sit in the designated waiting area
  • We’ll come meet you there

Parking (P1 Level)

  • Park on P1 (same parkade as Save-On-Foods)
  • Follow signs for “Office (Visitors)”
  • Use elevators beside the black wall labeled SPACES & Westland Insurance
  • Do not use elevators by the blue wall
  • Register your license plate for 1 hour free parking

Check-In Upon Arrival

  • Text “I’M HERE” to:
    • Your therapist’s number OR
    • (778) 835-0747 (clinic cell)
  • We’ll meet you on the 1st floor waiting area

Late Cancellations:

  • We require 24 hours notice for cancellations/ rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within the 24 hour window is subject to the total cost of your appointment.

Simrat is a WCCMT graduate of 2021 and was chosen by his peers and instructors to be awarded the Joe Koscak Leadership Award for exemplifying integrity, passion, perseverance, a passionate heart and a caring soul. He came to Winnipeg from India in 2014 before finding a home in BC. He spent his time in Winnipeg getting his accounting certificate and working in automotive Industry. Simrat also appeared in Winnipeg free press newspaper for his dedication to give back to community by volunteering and then working as a Downtown Watch Ambassador for The Winnipeg Downtown BIZ.

He has chosen the massage therapy profession to engage community and help people recover from injury. Simrat was able to get hands on experience by treating patients at different Outreach programs i.e, GF strong rehabilitation centre, UBC Thunderbirds, George Pearson Centre and also treating patients with variety of conditions at college’s clinic.

In Simrat’s free time he like to explore outdoors by Hikes or walk by seaside, Cross-country bike riding and spending time with family and friends. Simrat is trilingual fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and English.

Simran graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. He grew up playing many different sports such as Hockey, Cricket and Soccer. Due to playing so many sports, he had to overcome a few intense injuries, which caused him to have interest in massage therapy. Simran started receiving massage therapy, which helped alleviate his back pain. He has had an immense passion for helping others. During his time at WCCMT, he had the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients. He was able to help treat sports injuries, as well as neurological pathologies. He believes that there are many benefits of a collaborative approach with other healthcare practitioners to achieve optimal results. Simran uses a variety of techniques including General Swedish massage, myofascial technique, deep tissue, soft tissue, sports injury prevention, trigger point release, as well as prolonged stretching. In his spare time, Simran enjoys riding his motorbike, hiking and spending time with his family!
