Arrival Instructions
Building Entrance:
- Enter through the ground-level entrance marked 7404 King George Blvd.
- Once inside, locate the elevator on your left and proceed to the 2nd floor.
- Please take a seat in the designated waiting area, and a member of our team will come meet you there.
Parking:
- Complimentary parking is available directly in front of the building (across from Boston Pizza).
- Parking is free for up to 3 hours.
Check-In Upon Arrival:
- When you arrive, please text "I'M HERE" to either:
- Your therapist's direct number, or
- (778) 835-0747 (clinic cell phone).
- We will meet you in the 2nd-floor waiting area.
Cancellation Policy:
- We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
- Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to the full appointment fee.
