Entering Through the Lobby:
You can access our entrance from King George Boulevard, right next to Jollibee. Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.
Parking (P1 Level):
Parking is available on P1 in the same parkade as Save-On-Foods. Once inside, follow the signs marked “Office (Visitors)”. Our elevators are located next to the black wall labeled SPACES and Westland Insurance — not the blue wall. Please register your license plate to receive 1 hour of free parking.
Upon arrival, please text “I’M HERE” to (778) 835-0747 (Clinic cell). I’ll meet you on the 3rd floor in the designated waiting area.
After-Hours & Weekend Appointments:
For appointments after 5 PM on weekdays or anytime on weekends, please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Come upstairs right at your appointment time to help ensure we stay within the 1-hour free parking window.

Simrat is a WCCMT graduate of 2021 and was chosen by his peers and instructors to be awarded the Joe Koscak Leadership Award for exemplifying integrity, passion, perseverance, a passionate heart and a caring soul. He came to Winnipeg from India in 2014 before finding a home in BC. He spent his time in Winnipeg getting his accounting certificate and working in automotive Industry. Simrat also appeared in Winnipeg free press newspaper for his dedication to give back to community by volunteering and then working as a Downtown Watch Ambassador for The Winnipeg Downtown BIZ.
He has chosen the massage therapy profession to engage community and help people recover from injury. Simrat was able to get hands on experience by treating patients at different Outreach programs i.e, GF strong rehabilitation centre, UBC Thunderbirds, George Pearson Centre and also treating patients with variety of conditions at college’s clinic.
In Simrat’s free time he like to explore outdoors by Hikes or walk by seaside, Cross-country bike riding and spending time with family and friends. Simrat is trilingual fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and English.
